Grill Gurus BBQ was born from a love of two culinary worlds โ the bold, aromatic spice traditions of West Africa and Cameroon, and the open-flame, finger-licking craft of American BBQ.
What started as a passion for feeding people well grew into a full food truck operation rooted in Windsor Mill, MD. Every piece of meat is dry-rubbed with our house spice blend, then grilled over open flame. No shortcuts. No compromises.
From Grilled Lamb to Grilled Tilapia with Jollof rice, every plate tells a story of tradition, passion, and fire. We bring the flavors of Cameroon and West Africa to Baltimore โ and Baltimore has embraced us in return.
