Grill Gurus BBQ was born from a love of two culinary worlds, the bold aromatic spice traditions of West Africa and Cameroon, and the open-flame grilled finger-licking craft of American BBQ.
Every piece of meat is dry-rubbed with our house spice blend, then grilled over open flame. No shortcuts. No compromises.
